Tacoma Based Art and Portraits from Ardent Photography

Ardent Photography is based out of University Place, WA and serves the greater Puget Sound region including Tacoma, Olympia and Seattle.
I am an on-site photographer, which means I come to you and let the backdrop of your photograph be the important elements in your life. I have found that people let their true personalities shine through when they are in a comfortable setting. This is the idea behind Ardent Photography. I specialize in natural lighting and finding that right moment where "you" shines through. Portrait sessions start at $60 for a half hour session. I would love to help you capture the moments in your life from pregnancy to a new baby, family to senior year and all of the important life moments in between. I specialize in creating unique photographic art pieces and am available for commissioned art assignments. I take the everyday objects of life, and turn them into dynamic photographs, sometimes abstract, sometimes simple, but always interesting. I am not just a photographer, but rather a Photographic Artist. Commissioned photography is not just for advertising purposes or portraits. I take the objects in your life, the guitar you've had since high school, the heirloom brooch from Grandma Lorraine, and turn them into personal artistic photographs that can be gladly showcased in any room and kept as keepsakes for generations to come. As with portrait photography I will come to you and begin the creative process on-location in your home or other favorite setting. I love being presented with a challenge and hope you will give me the opportunity to make the art on your walls unique and personal.
