Taken at a local coffee shop, this picture captures the intensity and contrasting nature of the subject.

On a bright sunny day we sat outside and let the little boy play in the yard.  He stopped in a dog house to contemplate the world and this picture was taken.  In order to achieve the look we wanted, the inside of the doghouse was removed with Photoshop.

The cat's name was Trouble, but she didn't give me much of that while shooting in the backyard of her owner's home.

Down on Ruston way, we sat at a picnic table talking while I shot away.  This was my favorite from the shoot.  I thought it captured his sense of humor and fun.

She needed a picture for the author snippet at the back of the book.  This picture was taken at a local restaurant

An art school student needed a picture for her annual, so we went to a local coffee house and sat in front of the big picture window on a sunny day for this shot.

Little Boy Red
This shot was taken at Owen's Beach in Tacoma.  His red jacket seemed to be very good to chew on.  I like the eyes in this picture.

A mother and her boys at home.  They opted for a more traditional set up for the shot.

The joy of a girl and her rat, Nagash.  No background is seen in this close-up shot taken in the comfort of her own home.

Sitting on their dad's Harley, these three siblings display their individual nature in this shot taken in the front yard.

Only a few days old, and being held in his grandmother's hands, this family has a picture that will last a lifetime.

On a beach in Malibu, two brothers played on the rocks while I snapped pictures.

Standing sweetly in her front yard, the little girl  swishes the noisy fabric of her Easter dress.

A week old and sleeping wrapped in soft blankets at home.
